LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been going here for a few months now and I absolutely love the vibe and the amazing staff. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and valued. Linda is outstanding! She always finds a way to get you an appointment that meets your schedule. Kenny is a gem! She is so personable and loves to get to know her clients! Izaria is AMAZING! At 6:20pm well my lady was getting her feet done some lady with her screaming kids fucked my lady's enjoyable relaxing time up turned into hell then the workers have the audacity to ask for payment while she doing her feet still unprofessional come on ladies please don't over book the experience counts when you obvious let some lady run to the bank & pull her cash , but she had to leave her kids there well she got her money well kids screaming there lungs off not cool ppl come on we go here because this place closer to home & were regulars so accommodate this next time cause I went to to spend 84$ every dollar counts !!!& they even skipped her paraffin wax also how is she to be accomdated?
I was really excited to try this place. I have heard such great things. I called and made an appointment for a pedicure. I showed up and sat down and the lady filled the tub with water. It was freezing, I asked her to make it hot and she did. She came over and I picked my pedicure. She took my polish off and shaped my toes and walked off. She was gone so long the water turned cold again. When she came back she added more water and the faucet fell off. She spent about 6 minutes fixing it. Put my deer back in and walked off to help another client pick a color. I sat for 11 minutes until she came back. The water was cold, her service sucked and I will never go back. I was so excited for the place, the vibe was so cool in there. Very sad.
