Do not go there to do your hair. They are overpriced and trick you to add services so you are obliged to pay. Make sure you let the person know hoe much exactly you want to spend, otherwise they will rip you off. Only have one staff to do your hair. They don't even have a hair dryer to dry after coloring the hair, so it took hours to dry after the lady added color on my hair. Worst service and pricey!

Dropped in with no appointment on Tuesday and walked right in. We got hot stone pedicure and it was fantastic. Highly recommend the stone one. Scrub, paraffin wax, stone massages. Nice chairs which they angled. (Only drawback they sat the 4 people getting them right near each other even though 12 chairs, wish spread out a bit). Tons of choices with colors for nails. Friendly staff. Will be back

I went here to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic! I got the mini package, which includes either an ocean water manicure or pedicure, 30 minute deep Swedish massage, AND a 30 minute facial. Linda (I hope I got that correct. I was so sleepy after the massage.) took excellent care of me! She offered me free drinks, such as soda, wine, water, juice, etc. The ocean water pedicure includes the typical stuff but also a sugar scrub, mask, and hot towels. Afterwards, they rubbed my legs and feet with a moisturizing oil and lotion. They carried my things for me to the next location of the spa where they did the massage and facial. This is my first time ever getting a massage and it was great! I felt so relaxed! More hot towel treatment during both the massage and facial. The facial was amazing as well as she used the microdermabrasion tools, high frequency tools, and she used very excellent brand skin products on my skin. My face is more moisturized than it's been for a while. I've been lacking in my skincare routine lately so this was definitely a redeemer. I was also given a 10% discount for my birthday as well but if I'm correct, I think they give discounts to repeated customers. The cost of the package I had was $165 and it was definitely worth it! But if you just come here for a manicure or pedicure, that alone gets the same great treatment. I can't wait to come again!

It's all about finding the right nail techs for you and getting their phone number so you can text to book appointments. Once I started doing that, I've never had an issue waiting too long to get serviced. Now that I've found a pedicure and manicurist, Risana is my go to for all my nail needs. Salon overall could use an upgrade as far as booths go but that's not a deal breaker for me. I'm still able to relax and enjoy my time here.

Went in with my cousins to get manicures and it was horrible. They rushed and were rude. The work was of poor quality and their attitudes were as if we were not worth the time since we did not get a pedicure that they kept pushing on us. The polish racks are confusing and it is like a factory vibe, not at all like what is on their web page.
