Worst experience/ manicure I've ever had. Went in & showed a photo of the basic French manicure I wanted to achieve. Took an hour and a half to remove my previous nail polish PAINFULLY WITH A DRILL, had to ask to be soaked off. After my strong natural nails were destroyed and brittled I was informed they were unable to achieve the French manicure I initially asked for and WAS TOLD I could get. Left the salon with an unfinished manicure to be salvaged by another salon. cost me $66. awful, DO NOT GO HERE.
I got a pedicure and a full set of dip nails. Sunday afternoon. The ! That should've been a sign. By Wednesday morning my thumb nail popped off while opening a bag of coffee. My toes are burning . I went back to show the owner. She told me to glue it!!! She had an appointment to go too. Now Thursday morning my other thumb came off and a few other nails look like they to will come off. For $101. Before tip. This is a total rip off.!!! I would give this place a big fat 0 . If the app.would allow me too. Their sign $55. For a mani and pedi is a joke. Worst service! Never again!!! Oh when I went to wash my hands the sink was loose. I mentioned it to the owner.! She said I know!!
i don't normally write reviews, only when I'm blown away or utterly disappointed. This place disappointed me. I came here to give it a chance, and hoped the low yelp reviews were not an accurate representation of this business, but I can confidently say that they are. I came to get my dip powder removed, and upon entering the staff treated me like it was a chore to do this very simple service. I was told to soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone that had a fingernail clipping in it (pictured in this review.) the man working with me went quickly, and was not careful and ended up hitting my cuticles multiple times with his Dremel tool. He was not effective in removing my dip powder. He just wanted to be efficient. After damaging my nails, he had the audacity to charge me $15 just to remove my previous dip powder. Other salons in the area will charge you $5 to $10. When I question the price, he said that because I wasn't getting another service done he would charge me extra to get my previous nail polish removed. I don't have a lot of experience with other salons in this area, but I wish I had taken the time to find a different one because I'm very disappointed in this salons service and quality. Clearly they don't care about their customers well-being, and just want to make a dollar.
