I have been coming here on and off for about 3 years. I love the interior and vibe of the salon. It is kind of hidden in a mostly residential area of South Fremont, but is a gem. They use really good quality hair products: color, shampoo, etc. All of the stylists are high-quality, but you just have to find the person that you gel best with personality-wise (I personally go to Destiny). If you are looking for a neighborhood spot that does solid cuts and color, you should definitely try Rehab.
Their service is great. They have a good appointment system. Both times I had a good time getting my haircut with both my hairstylist.
Disappointed with how their appointment system works. I made an online appointment with Destiny Olmos which included a credit card hold. The appointment was pending for almost 48 hours. After 24 hours, I tried canceling online and even called them but no response. I did not want to book an appointment elsewhere because I would be charged if I didn't cancel within 72 hours which wasn't possible since it was way past that window. Eventually my appointment was denied for no reason whatsoever. Now, I have an event tomorrow and it is too late to find an appointment with a different salon in such short notice. They don't respond to calls or emails. I'd expect a confirmation or denial of appointment at least within 24 hours so people can plan accordingly!
It was my first time experience at Rehab Parlor with my stylist - Emily M. She was amazing especially because I wanted someone who is familiar with curly hair cut. She is so knowledgeable and she walked me through the various options in detail. She's extremely patient and I learnt a lot about curly hair maintenance as well. Would definitely recommend her and I'm coming back to this place again just for Emily M!
