Rehab For Nails in Broussard, LA

I just moved here from Texas and this place is my spot reasonable prices and they always do an amazing job. They are always very welcoming. All they need is a little wine bar and I'm set! :)

I LOVE this place! some of the reasons...every person who does your nails are all good. Its never a hit or miss. My dip powder never cracks in between refills. I haven't experienced that in a long time. They are all so nice, and pricing is reasonable! Highly recommend this place!

If you're thinking about going here, don't. It is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down because of sanitary reasons. 2 1/2 hours I spent for a pedicure and a manicure. The girl either her name was Kelly or Michelle who did my nails made me feel so uncomfortable because of the way I wanted them shaped and I normally don't have nails so she made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't know exactly what shape it was called to ask for. Then she did gel on my nails and didn't even paint all around the nail, she put so much polish on it, It looks like I'm wearing bubbles and she didn't clean my nails up and left so much junk underneath. And when I asked her to clean them, then she looked at me and asked Clean what? She was totally unfriendly, and it was the absolute worst service ever. She should be fired or not allowed to do nails anymore or she needs to find another job that she's not so unpleasant doing. $100 for this and tip was not worth it. I'm so embarrassed by my nails. NEVER GO HERE!

I made an appointment days ahead of time for 10:30. I got here at 10:25. They did not start working on me until 11:10.
As I do understand short staff and it's busy, I would have much preferred to be be told the truth that it would be longer than expected wait times. Instead they kept telling me, "5 more min", "10 more min" over and over again.
40 min later, they finally got to my pedicure.
During the pedicure, my shoe was accidentally spilled on with something blue. I had asked the lady to wipe it before it stained and I'm not sure if she understood me but she waited until she was done with the pedicure. By that time, my shoe was stained.
I do understand accidents happen BUT I was actually ridiculed and laughed at when I asked what they were going to do about my shoe. I am in from out of town for my best friend wedding, I only brought 1 pair of sandals. Now I have to go by a new pair, which I had expressed to the lady. For the inconvenience, you would think they cared enough about ruining a customers belonging that they would offer at least something. But when I asked, 4 of the staff members were actually laughing. One lady told me if they take off any money because of the shoes, then they will keep the shoes and I can just go by another pair since I'm so "worried" about it. I don't have another pair of shoes on me, I did not want to walk around town with their thin, flimsy flip flops looking for another pair of shoes. Vicky responded , "well of course. If we pay for the shoes we are keeping them. You want to buy new shoes, so go buy new shoes", while also clearly ridiculing me in a different language and laughing at me. I expressed that her attitude was not necessary and uncalled for. The way this was handled was absolutely unprofessional and extremely condescending. I would NOT recommend this place and I for sure will never come here again.

Absolute BEST place to get your nails done, hands down.  Best massage chairs, leg massage for my pedicure was second to none and they are perfectionists and very thorough.  I feel like a queen when I'm here.  Top-notch service and reasonable prices.  Every time I've come here, I just walked in and was served right away.  Best of the best right here! But don't take my word for it, come find out for yourself! You'll be glad you did.
