I love this place!! Every time I come in Steven does my nails and I love them every time!!

I had a gel manicure here in April 2018. I should have looked around before I had the procedure started. It is the dirtiest nail salon that I have ever seen, and I've been to several. I had to ask to have a some of my nails redone, as the dust apparently was flying around. The young man who did my nails seemed to not know what he was doing, and a co-worker next to him stepped in and fixed his mistakes, luckily. We were passing through and it was a convenient place to have my nails done. The other customers seemed to be "regulars" and I didn't hear anyone else being unhappy with their service. If you have to go here, look around first to see if they've cleaned it up, and then ask for one of the women, who seemed to do a great job.

Let me start off by saying I have been getting my nails done for 10 years. I love nails. They are the eyelashes of your hands and feet. So I walk in and they set me up with this old man who had a attitude. I ask for a gel full set. So he starts taking my broke nails off. I had got in a altercation and broke my nails. Most of them were ripped off. So he starts taking them off and it feels like he is ripping my nails off. But everytime I say something or back my hand away ( a reflex from feeling pain ) he just snatches my hand back. So I'm like ooooookkkkk........ but whatever. So then he tried cutting my real nail off. He doesn't ask or nun and they usually ask. So I tell him I don't want him to cut my real nail. He rolls his eyes. So then he tries glueing my tips on. I notice the tips are lifting off my real nails. So I say something he gets upset and slams his hand down and calls ove this lady. So she tells me to come with her and I notice she has a attitude as well. So she starts doing my nails and I tell her what I want. She asks me what color and I'm like idk because I wasn't shown any colors. So now she is rolling her eyes too. Then she cuts my nails all different lengths. Looking a hot mess. I say something and she yells to her co worker something in mandarin. And they start laughing. Do at this point I'm teady to fight again. So I snatch my hand back and I'm like how much for that man taking my nails off. She said 8 dollars and then walks away. So yeah if you aren't scared to speak up and get what your paying for then do not go here. They are super rude and disrespectful!! I wish I could put 0 stars.

Came here for a full set of acrylics with gel. I was seated right away and a gentleman came over to start. He immediately started the file and began to file my nails. The file was going very fast and soon became hot. He caught my cuticles twice which I understand is a risk of acrylics, but honestly he was just speeding through my nails and seemed not to care. He would grab my hands hard to pull them closer. He also accidentally glued two of my fingers together with the glue and then when i brought it to his attention, he just ripped my fingers apart which hurt a little. My nails look good, I'm happy with them. I'm just not a fan of the costumer service there. He was speeding through all of the process and got frustrated when I asked for a couple of the nails to be shorter. I don't think I'll get my nails done here again.

I normally go here to get my nails and eyebrows done but the last few times have been so disappointing between not enough staff to deal with customers getting nails done, and more staff doing pedicures. To rude employees who barely speak to you. But my latest was last Saturday went to get my nails done and they look awful, she did not do acrylic to the base of my nail so you can still my old growth. And she cut me and made me bleed twice. I pointed out I was unhappy with my nails and all she was put stuff on the bleeding to stop it from bleeding. Then the polish I chose a light peach and I told her it needed a third coat because you can still see through my nails and she did nothing to fix that either. Very upsetting
