Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Fredericksburg, VA

I usually love this place. I get my Eyebrows done there and my nails done sometimes but I had gotten a pedicure this week, wednesday which my heels are still rough feeling and the polish is chipping off and I had gotten a polish change which is shown in the picture. The polish was on the side of my toe and one toe it didn't even cover the entire nail. After asking twice to have it fixed and it was painted over on the same spot. I paid for both services the full price even though I feel like she saw how bad they looked when she fixed it after I had waited a little while until the other customer had gotten up so I didn't draw attention to my issue.

My first visit was outstanding! Was treated like a king! The chair massage was a bit overpowering, but my back truly appreciated it as I'm a big guy (6'2" 230 lbs). Sue was diligent and meticulous in all of her efforts from initial trim to foot soak and leg massage/scrub. She deserves five stars on her own merits! Would recommend this nail salon to anyone who needed advice on where to go. My neighbor happened to be there as I strolled up there without an appointment, so I felt at ease coming there for my first-ever pedicure. Thanks for the great service Sue and Regal Nails!

Sub par customer service. Gentleman here is very very rude. Simple treat of a toe nail polish for my 9 yo daughter was less than a treat. He yelled at her multiple times and yanked her legs around. The polish job was poor. So poor my daughter looked so sad to at the dryer that I asked what was wrong. She then showed me the horrible job and upon my request to fix it I got eye rolls. We are paying for a service. She should be at least satisfied when we're about to leave. Also, I don't mind paying for services I request. But, in the 20 years I've been going to nail salons. I don't think there has been near as many "up charges" as we got here. It's convenient, so I can't say we will never return. But there are many better places, with high quality and great service very close by. I'm much more likely to spend my money elsewhere. Quite surprised by the high number of stars for this place, to be honest. Extremely extremely disappointed.

I have been with this salon about a year now, and I'm very glad that I've found them. Sue (sometimes Eva) does my nails. She and her family run this salon and they are friendly. Sue is very helpful - she always helps me pick the right colors and I get lots of compliments. She definitely knows my taste! She also gives me some advice to keep the nails in good shape, which is very educational. She is funny and doesn't make me bored. I have never had bad experiences here - this is the reason why I keep going back:) Keep up the great job!

Went to this establishment due to the location and due to the Yelp reviews. All I needed was a pedicure. No polish. Simple. Yet, sometimes the simple things are difficult to master. 30.00 later, I am displeased with the results. Eva did my pedicure and my nails weren't smooth even after I mentioned that I'd like them smoothed. My corns (yes, I have 1 on each pinky toe) weren't smoothed out. My nails weren't cut even. Overall, displeased. There was no attention to detail. And there was only 1 other patron so there was no need to rush. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend.
