The worst experience I have ever had in my life. most of my nail shapes were crooked and is disformed due to the lack of experience my nail tech had when applying acrylic to my nails. When I expressed my concern about how they looked, he ignored me. will not return highly upset I spent my money here
I appreciate the care the staff give. The ladies are wonderful, atmosphere is calming, and I am I love the fact staff remember me. Great place for self care.
So I went in and had a full set put on. This is normal where I go. I showed a picture of what I want and she was like that's powder we don't do that here. Ok fine no big deal. So after that I said just do French. Since I still waiting while she finished someone else up. I found something else I wanted to do and I told her. She said ok and even said what number I was doing. Well she was finishing up and putting the clear coat in and I said are you going to do the color I asked an pointed to what I wanted done. She said you got French and start laughing and said next time we do that. Um no sorry there will not be a next time. They both were like it was funny she didn't do what I asked. She did apologize but still you didn't do what I asked for. This is usually the first place I go to get nails done. I will not be returning.
My friend had an appointment at 1 and the lady told her to come back in 20 minutes. My friend went back in 20 minutes. My friend didn't get her nails done until 2:15. Her nails look great so I will give them credit for that but they charged her way to much.
Jennifer and Sarah are the best - friendly and gracious - the place is very clean - located in Walmarts on Elmore, not the quietest place to zone out but worth it - Jennifer gives the best massage!!! have been coming here for almost a year and will go nowhere else - the man who used to do nails is gone and we are SO happy about it
