Red Persimmon Nails and Spa in Palmdale, CA

I had a great experience at Red Persimmon Nails. I got a Gel X set and the man that did them did an excellent job. They had colored Gel X tips to choose from which was new to me. They used all Gel X brand products for my set which I really appreciate. The tech who helped me was very welcoming and completed my service in a timely manner. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Palmdale.

I had booked an appointment to get my nails done for prom, and the lady on the phone had me down for 3 pm. I should've questioned the emptiness of the place during prom season when I went for my appointment. I went in and told the lady at the register my name, she had no records of my contact information. Plus it came out to $70 for a French pedicure, you can get this cheaper at other salons. Plus the guy was very rough on my legs and made me bleed leaving a scab. My luck to try out a new place.

Don't come here. So many problems during my visit. I came on my birthday to treat myself and I just went home upset. So unprofessional. It feels like fraud, the service was wow.. My first ever experience here was decent and she was so kind, I come back for a fill & she's rough with my hands nearly digging her nail into my hand . I heard her talking about my mention of prices to the people around her. She even grabbed the mirror from me when I was trying to look at my eyebrow wax. I asked for a cotton ball to clean my face and she got mad, then plucked my left eyebrow further making my face uneven... I am so done with the AV & Nail salons. Everywhere is a total rip off but you know what I paid for my visit & the services received. But god if you go anywhere don't fucking come here. They have no prices in the store or on yelp. That should be the first sign. They can change the price & that's one of the many issues I was dealing with here. I even called because I was so upset from my visit I just needed to understand how I spent 113$. I added it up & she told me she would lower my fill, said id pay 48$ for my fill. I just didn't understand what I paid, so I called to figure it out and this girl is yelling at me on the phone. "You were told the price - her language then - you know our prices" No I don't. You don't have your prices posted anywhere. On the walls. It felt like extortion. And ruined my day. You guys are awful.

This business is trash people who works their they don't care how much u wait they let u wait for at least 3 hours and there services is not good at all they scam u and rip your money they charge me insane money not professional place at all I don't recommend do not go there

Came to do nails got charge 62.00 I made it clear was too expensive and really bad work she got mad and pushed my hand, why should I said they look great when I don't like them . Not satisfied
