One of the best salons in Connecticut! I'm a longtime client of Bri and would recommend her to anyone whatever your hair needs are! I usually do either roots, color melt or balayage and Bri always listens to my wants and works with me to build out the perfect look. She's amazing at what she does and is diligent in her work. If you're in the market for a new stylist, someone you can trust, Bri is your girl!
I can't say enough good things about this salon. They won me over and I'll def be back to see Ashley again. Everyone was so friendly. Love the aesthetic of the entire place. I've never...in my entire life... sat in such a comfortable reclining chair at the shampoo sinks. Would come back just for a hair wash/style alone because of how comfortable it was lol
I came here for my first Keratin treatment. I waited 48 hours until I washed my hair after the treatment, and the difference is unnoticeable, unfortunately. My hair is still frizzy. I know the treatment isn't meant to work wonders or give the same results as a Brazilian Blowout, but I had higher hopes. I made my appointment for 12:30pm, but didn't get worked on until a little before 1pm, and was out the salon by 2:15pm-ish. I spoke with my old hair stylist and she says she typically takes 3 hours for a Keratin treatment, so... it could be that I didn't get the full treatment? I don't know. My reservation said 12:30pm-3:00pm so I was expecting the treatment to last at least 2 hours. My Rebel stylist was nice and she answered questions I had about the treatment, and brought me a latte when I told her the other girl forgot to bring me one when she initially offered. Everyone was nice, but not welcoming - if that makes sense? The salon is cute and modern. FYI - I have somewhat frizzy asian hair and my hair length is at the axilla. I paid $295 for the treatment and my total was $355 after tip. I'll always tip no matter what, but am just disappointed with my results. 2 stars for the treatment itself.
Great atmosphere - super relaxing and there's always coffee or wine for a pick me up :) Love all the hairdressers, especially Gina & Heather! Always leave feeling like a new woman.
I have gotten great haircuts here in the past, but was surprised to see that they are not complying with the New Haven mandatory mask mandate. They have a sign on the door saying you can choose whether or not to wear a mask, and they will not allow discussion of "politics" or COVID. The mask mandate is not "politics"-- it is a city regulation. Disappointed.
