Rose usually cuts my teenage boys' hair because they don't like the way the barber shops cut it and she does a great job! Today we decided it was time for our daughter to have her first trim but she was really afraid to have her hair cut. Rose made her feel comfortable and her first cut looked great!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude customer service and that's all that needs to be said. I will never return and I advise for any future customer to go elsewhere.

This review is in regard to the store. Very accommodating and helpful staff. I was in the store 7/25/23. I was looking for some Zoya nail colors. Rose was super in that she listened to what I was interested in and helped me find what I was looking for. She offered to add a color that wasn't in stock to her order list. Thanks for providing excellent customer service and an excellent experience Rose!

Rude, rude, rude! Whoever bought the store has absolutely no customer service or people skills at that. She has a bad attitude--I wonder if she even has a passion for hair care and products. With the previous owner, the service was helpful, patient, and respectful. The new owner (blonde lady) was rude, curt, and flat out unhappy. I hope someone buys her out soon. I went in to buy some mini's for a trip I was taking. Walked in and was left at the counter without any acknowledgment of being there. She came around the corner and acted so inconvenienced. When I apologized and asked what time she closed, she replied with "anywhere between 4-5". Like who has such a large window to choose to close? When I pointed to what I wanted she again had such a bad attitude I said never mind and walked out and I heard her slam the case closed. I love to support small businesses, but not this one anymore.

Rose the owner is great. She has products I love and prices for hair cuts you can't beat. My son also gets his hair cut there and he loves her! Highly recommended.
