WARNING! Save your hair, money and time from this place! total joke. Go elsewhere where you are valued as a customer and where the "professional" actually knows what she's doing. Elsa is not trustworthy. Please go somewhere else!! she ruined my hair and asked for a deposit before hand that she says is going to go towards total and then she won't honor what she says. Also owner of salon is rude and parking is a nightmare! you've been warned!!!!

I was introduced to Elsa by a Friend who has been getting her hair done by her so I started coming to this Salon and I never left. Elsa is very sweet and friendly and she has always tried to work around my schedule to get me in for color or highlights. When I came in Today it had been more than six Months since I had gotten my hair done. My hair was more on the blonde side when Elsa had done my highlights and then I had my Friend dye it a soft black color out of a box which was a mistake. I told Elsa that I wanted to dye my base color red and then add blonde highlights throughout my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. What I like about Elsa is that she is very good at what she does but she works quickly so she doesn't take alot of time. Elsa let my color sit and then she washed my hair, cut it and dried/styled it. I was very pleased with the end result! It's very refreshing to find a stylist who is professional and fun to be around! Thank you again!

It has never been an issue getting the results i want when coming here. The stylists take their time to show your hair the TLC it needs. I always book my appointment with Elsa. She never disappoints but from what i have seen at Rafaela's station she does a good job too.

This place is unbelievable, horrible customer service. I was recommended to this place by a friend and was seeking a new hair stylist but I got the opposite. I looked at the website and read it said all walk ins were welcomed however when I arrived a lady sitting in a chair turned around unwelcoming said nothing until I said "hi, do u take walk ins?". She said "no, we only take appointments". There were no customers! I had read all the reviews and thought I finally found THE place but I was soooooo wrong. HORRIBLE customer service. I work in the medical field and I wonder how they would feel seeking medical care and in return I answered "no, I only take appointments", while twiddling my thumbs sitting in a chair.

Elsa is amazing! I came in and showed her pictures of what I liked and disliked and she nailed it! I have to go once more to lighten a little more, she informed me going in that she would only go half way and then in a couple weeks I could come again and go lighter after I gave my hair rest. I loved the honesty and even the mid results look fantastic, can't wait to Come back in 3 weeks. I've gotten so many compliments already
