Today is 12/24/19. I went yesterday at 2pm and the place was closed. This is not the 1st time. I have been 3 times in the last month where they have been closed during regular business hours. I don't understand if its staff's or equipment's fault but if i'm paying for a month of unlimited use its not fair its 4 times now i've been sent away.. thats 4 days i should be refunded. WHATS THE PROBLEM??!!!
Okay. So, the employees are great, the products are good and so are the prices!!
There are a few things that I don't like.... I hate to write a bad review but I'm just being honest.
I personally think that the place is too dark including in the rooms and definitely in the bathroom. The walls need to be painted a brighter color to brighten up the place. The mirror in the bathroom is too high, the hand soap stinks and the water comes out of the faucet all messed up! The carpet needs to be removed in all the rooms, it feels the carpet is moldy and old as ever. The only rooms I do like are the ones without carpet. I know that tanning beds are expensive but they need to put some new ones in there. The car radios need to go asap and the fans that are not in the beds need to be cleaned cause they have too much dust in them!! Also, I don't think that they clean the beds good sometimes.
Very clean facility! Tanning beds are all well maintained and provided me with a very good base tan starting out. I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out as they always have specials going on and are the best tan for the dollar around! I will definitely be making this my permanent tanning salon from now on!
They open up early. The girls are friendly. They guide you to what you want to achieve by tanning and with what's your goal. The girls are honest about what lotion is better with what tanning bed.
Parking is convinient.
Rooms and beds are clean.

I hate to write this but it's in the hopes of preventing someone else from having such an experience and that the shop fixes the issue. Tanning bed #10 has a bad bulb. I turned red and it clearly marked on my back down to my butt where the bulb was out. The sides that flanked the area where the bad bulb was; are way lighter than the rest of my body making it look like a stripe. Hopefully once the redness tones down it'll blend in. The staff was really nice though and the facility was clean with a good assortment of tanning supplies. Just too bad that that bed wasn't maintained, else I would definitely frequent the shop! :(
