I am actually pretty disappointed to write this review. I scheduled Jessica to do extensions, hair and makeup for me for my wedding day. I was really very excited to have these things done professionally for the first time for my big day! 5 days before my wedding she emailed to cancel because not enough of my bridal party was requiring her services, as if the $245 I had already paid her IN ADVANCE to be my stylist was not enough for the 2 hours it would take to complete her task. (Not to mention the members of my bridal party that did intend on hiring her.) But, I do understand the economic concept of costs vs benefits. What really disappointed me was the fact that when she cancelled, she assured me that she would priority mail the hair extensions and my refunded money to be by the thursday before my wedding so that my new stylist would be able to use the extensions to complete my wedding hair vision, and that did not happen. Instead, I am home from my honeymoon now, two weeks after I expected the package, and I have STILL NOT received it. No extensions and no $245 refund. IT'S MY ADVICE THAT YOU DO NOT HIRE JESSICA WRIGHT FROM RADIANCE HAIR SALON FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASION EVENT UNLESS YOU WANT THE HEARTACHE AND DISSAPPOINTMENT THAT ACCOMPANY LAST-MINUTE CANCELATIONS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM.
