Dr Richman is absolutely the most patient, caring, and friendly dentist I've seen in 40 years. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes the EXTRA mile to be both companionate and informative! As nobody is a fan of receiving dental work, I'm a HUGE fan of Dr. Richman and her staff! Having worked at a dental insurance carrier for over 15 years and I am blown away by the time and attention she spends with each of her patients.
Dr. Rachell is an amazing dentist! I was in town visiting my cousins who just moved to CO and one of them had a minor Snowboarding fall. No one wants to walk around with half a tooth. She was able to get my cousin in right away and patched him up super fast. He didn't have insurance and was able to use their in house dental plan which is an amazing deal. They also offer nitrous for super nervous patients like my cousin. I was so grateful she could take him in so quickly and so impressed with her gentle hands and patient demeanor. My cousin (who's social media less) wanted me to review this because he had such a great experience and wants others with dental phobias to know this is the place to come!
She is incredibly nice and amazingly willing to share her extensive knowledge. I was very pleased with this. Maybe she spent extra time with Me because she didn't have another patient, but a sale rep took her attention as soon as he got there. NOBODY in this town wears a suit. I am a medicaid patient. I have no evidence, but I believe she has a glamour practice as a tax write-off to reduce her 'husband the doctor's" tax responsibilities, which I believe is the reason SHE REFUSED A DYING MAN DENTAL TREATMENT.... ...without Me traveling almost 300 miles for consults that have nothing to do with 2 lost or damaged fillings. YES, I did come because of possible cavities and migraine like headaches, but when I mentioned that this would be 'palliative care', that's when the obstacles, gauntlets and roadblocks were thrown down for me to surmount. Maybe it was something personal, something offensive I did or said that I am not aware of. For that unknown offense, I apologize. As a parting gift, she did give Me a prescription for Amoxycillin because she suspected a possible abscess. I'll be grateful if it gives me some relief. I learned a great deal about 2 medical mysteries that plagued My for 50 odd years, and I am grateful for that as well. While she was very sweet and kind in that 'Bless it's little heart' kind of condescending way... all I was hoping for was to look decent in My coffin as family that hasn't seen Me in a decade might drop by for the funeral. I just thought it would be nice to be able to have a smile without a cavity the size of Roosevelt's head on a dime right up front... when My children kissed their dead father for the last time in his coffin. Needless to say, I don't have the time left to jump through her hoops, which included a GUARANTEED WAIT on the referral's waiting list. She made a POINT of it 4 different times. It took Me two days to write this because I'm not looking to harm anyone. But she and her Receptionist sure made me feel like I wasn't worth their time.
