After seeing Heidi couple times, decided to have her do "the works", haircut, root t/u and highlights. She cautioned me not to cancel, as she was devoting the afternoon to me. Two hours before appointment, she called and canceled. Her car had to have a part replaced. Certainly inconvenient but not emergency; I offered to pick her up - no, no. I was sooo disappointed, just said to call me when she had another time, and hung up. Now, more than month later I haven't heard from her.
Maybe someone can tell me why Heidi keeps front door locked at all times. When customer arrives, she unlocks front door and promptly locks it again. Then unlocks door for customer to leave, and locks again. I thought it was strange (and knew it could cut into my appointment time), but didn't ask.
Been going there for years, always good service and good results. Heidi always try to accomodate you and advises if any scheduling issues. Always listens to what you want.

If you need your nails done, this is the place! I tried Heidi at RSVP by chance, and never had to look further. I get more compliments on my nails than I have in my life. Not kidding! I have been getting my nails done here for over 7 years. I highly recommend RSVP.
