they really rush, gave them a few tries and just wanted to get dead ends off, three days later my hair is unmanageable again. Lady barely cut any hair off after I said to take off everything dead or split that needs to go.

Robin did a great job on my hair the staff, was very welcoming. When I went to pay I used my debit card. Their machine was taking forever and they were very busy. I offered to write a check if they would cancel the card transaction to save time and left a cash tip. Later that evening I checked my account and the card transaction had gone through. I called in the morning and asked for my check back. They said they didn't have my check and needed proof of the card transaction which I provided immediately. They still refused to give my check back. The next morning their accountant called and said she would not give my check back until they were paid. The card transaction was on a five day hold on my account! They now have $170 of my money on hold I am 65 and a CNA I don't have that kind of money to throw away. I called my bank and they said I could stop the check for a $25 fee but the card transaction could be cancelled if the salon emailed them a cancel receipt or a letter stating the transaction was cancelled. I called 4 times leaving 2 messages leaving this information. I was told I knew nothing about banking and that they would sue me if I stopped payment. I gave them 3 days to send the email and they made no attempt to do so. So on the last day of the hold I stopped payment on the check they have not contacted me at all. I am beginning to believe this is a scam against senior citizens! Please be careful when giving this salon your business

Poorly managed. Had an appointment. Waited for 10 minutes, and they took a walk-in customer in front of me. I left with eight heads of hair in my house never to return.
