Was told this salon does hair cuts for toddlers. The guy nearly stabbed me with his scissors trying to cut my toddler's hair and seemed like he didn't have the patience. He left my child looking like Willy Wonka. The back, sides, and front were completely uneven. i ended up shaving my child's head with my husband's clippers. What a waste of money.
I had my hair pretty much below my bottom. I asked them to cut 3 inches and they cut 12! I am furious. My hair is now above my chest. This is the 2nd time this has happened at Queenas. I'm never going there again.
Queena is beyond awesome she does an absolutely amazing job cutting my hair. I gave a 3 star review because Queena wasn't there one day. I let another person cut my hair. I told her I had been growing out my hair for 2 months because I wanted to wear it longer. Told her to just cut 1/2 inch .. just clean it up a bit. I now have bangs like a 5 year old She cut the back so short it doesn't even touch my collar. I know it's just hair .. it will grow back. But I'm just so disappointed with how short my hair is now
I was set with Queena and asked for 4 inches cut, she cut off 10 inches I had my hair by my hips now it is by my shouldeblades... when I clearly stated that I wanted it by my lower ribcage area...it will take so many year's work to grow there again (for me usually takes 4 years to become long), it is wrong to do that to someone, this has never happened to me with any other stylist in my life. I pointed to where I wanted it by my lower ribcage and no...it did not turn out so... don't get me wrong though she does do the styles good, be cautious with her if you have long hair.
She gives the best beauty care. Warm friendly atmosphere I always get great color done well in a professional manner. Our haircuts feel great, and look good for a long time. It just suits me so well. I love this salon it is the best!
