Queen Nails Spa Schneckville in Schnecksville, PA

I'm not quite sure how the actual services are here, but I do know that when I made plans to stop and get my nails done, I specifically checked the web for their hours of business. I arrived at 1:45pm, on 11/4, and the hours posted on the window/door for Sunday's said "open until 5pm", only to find the door locked, lights off. Show some consideration for your customers- If the hours changed, please update your information and change your signs!!!

I stopped in yesterday to get a gel mani/pedi for my graduation, and I was more than happy with my nails!! I requested Tony, and he did an awesome job! He was fast and made sure I didn't leave with the gel stuck under my nails or on my fingers. I left feeling so relaxed and ready for my graduation. Couldn't have been happier with the services.

I have been here a few times in the past few years when I've been in a pinch. I've never been happy with my nails...one time my left thumb nail was pointing to the right. The polish is not the best quality either, even on acrylics, the gel would chip easily. The best part, when you go back with the awful job they did, they ask you where you went because they look bad. I also have gotten pedicures here which in general are just ok, but they seem clueless when it comes to removing gel from toes. I paid $45 for a gel pedicure (no special treatment just a basic pedi & even though I paid only $40 2wks b4 that) & both times the polish had tons of streaks in it. You can't get anything trendy here, and you'll show a pic of a design & ask if they can do it, they say yes & it looks NOTHING like it. They mutter & giggle about you in another language as well. Recently, they've had a child working on the wknd & she is quite rude...I'm not sure why they let her make any decisions. The woman who runs the front counter is very fake & rude as well. I was in around Christmas time, and had my nails filled & a pedi w gel polish & my bill was just shy of $100. I noticed this rude woman giving very nice xmas gifts to customers but not me. I normally don't waste my time doing reviews but when I stopped in for a pedi (there were approx 5 others inside, early in the day..same day & time I've always gone) and was told they couldn't do it (same child at the counter). I've never in my life had that happen. I spend a lot of money on my nails & toes & have no issue taking it elsewhere. If you are contemplating, trust me...go somewhere else. I will never return & will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go either.

I have tried to give this salon so many chances due to its close proximity to my job and house but I will never be back. I always get a gel mani and a gel pedi (67$ w/o tip) and I NEVER leave satisfied. My most recent gel manicure has only been on for two days and the pictures that I will post with this can show how horrible it looks and this has been my experience every single time. My gel polish should look neat, which it does not, and it should not chip ESPECIALLY after only two days. This is not the first time my gel has chipped so quickly and the last time I said something to them they said it's because my nails are short.

I've had my nails done at several salons in the valley. Thao is the best. My friend recommended I try this place out. I'm so glad I did. The salon looks very high-end but the prices are very fair. Tracy did my nails and they are perfect. She was very sweet and we had great conversation. I'm happy to say that I found my go-to salon and it's only minutes from my house.
