Will not return to Queen Nails as the service I received was not up to par. Also, their charge to use a credit or debit card is outrageous! Individuals are very very hard to understand and really didn't know what she was saying half the time. Wanted a basic pedicure but by the time she was done I received their $55.00 pedicure! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. I will be trying King Nails or Nancy's Nails in the future.

I got these done for my wedding! It was my first time going there! I sat in chair number eight I really love that girl. The place was very clean and everybody was very friendly it was a very quick experience and I loved my end result!

Went in with one of my friends we both got in our nails done I had a fill and she just put polish on. They took less than an hour to do a full fill with a design and less remnants of my old nail polish on my nails. I did ask for three flowers and I knew working in the restaurant business my nails would be roughed up a bit but I didn't even work at all in the first two days I had the nails bits of the flowers already were coming off.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Every time I visit, my experience is wonderful. Hua does an amazing pedicure. Thu is great at nail art and does a great job. My daughter loves her. And Queen is the queen of course. Never disappointed in the time or money spent. Love everyone that works there!

I would not recommend ANYBODY go here, they are dangerously unsanitary!!!! I watched a lady doing toes next to mine cut herself while using the cheese grater on a woman's feet, and then continue to do the pedicure as if she wasn't bleeding!!! She didn't even clean her cut or change her gloves, which is extremely dangerous while performing this service on somebody!!! For this reason alone I refuse to ever go here again, that woman should literally be in jail for that. Another reason I'm giving 1 star is because the lady who did my toes tried to manipulate me into paying for a $55 pedicure as if that were the cheapest price they had. I had to ask 3 times if there were a cheaper, more basic pedicure and almost left before she finally showed the the cheaper prices. When I chose a cheaper pedicure she then had an attitude for the rest of my service and was super lazy doing every step half-assed, she barely scrubbed my feet at all and skipped putting lotion on them altogether so the pedicure didn't even serve the purpose I came there for. The massage was complete trash. When it came time to file, she filed 3 of my toes on my left foot at like a 45 degree angle!!! I had to repeatedly ask her to fix the angle of my toenails until finally another woman came and fixed it, mostly. I asked for them to be painted "clear pink" in shellac and they just could not understand what in the world that color would look like (the pink you would use to do pink and whites). The only thing good that came out of this 2 hr visit was that I got a manicure from a different lady who seemed to know what she was doing much better than most there, she did a French manicure with shellac and it turned out great, it's been 2 weeks and hasn't chipped or peeled at all! Still, would not recommend that ANYBODY go here due to sanitary reasons!!!!!!
