Queen Nails in Memphis, TN

it was my favorite nail shop everytime I visited Memphis. the price is reasonable. my nail is always in good shape. they also have so many colors. The lady who did my lashes- Tuyen She does lashes for over 15 years, highly recommended her service to everyone.

I've gone there 4-5 times in the last 9 months for mini lashes.. first time was amazing.. this time I went on a Friday and by Tuesday all my lashes had fallen off.. I called and was told to come back so I went and after the girl was finished they charged me another $55 on top of the $100 I paid not even a week before.. it's now been 4 days and half my lashes have come off and I'm hurting bc the minis are twisting and pulling on my real lashes.. never again!!

I hate the way the run this business. Super unprofessional and not a care in the world. It doesn't matter if you book an appointment or walk in the service is super horrible. they allow people to get a service and skip the others waiting for one particular service. I am rating them because they need to get better organization. I a super surprised that nobody has been in complete uproar at the management at this point. I will not be returning. i understand that they are not familiar with how appointments work but it's the fact that they take numbers and you can get feet nails and skip the people waiting for lashes because you had a sooner number .. horrible service yet again. if you come and get a service and you should be put back in rotation.. this is horrible horrible customer service

Terrible. RUDE COSTOMER SERVICE. There are many people that made appointment during the time i had also scheduled an appointment and i was sitting in the lobby area for an hour and thirty minutes. The lady sending people back wasnt sending people back in order and was very rude to other customers. The price is cheap and worth it if tou want to be spoken to rudely and wait fors hours even after making an appointment. They arent taking appropriate precautions for the pandemic either. Many of the workers wear their masks incorrectly and they dont check tempratures even though they have a temprature checker. There are lines out of the door and there is a small waiting area that isnt being in compliance with the 6feet rule. I came on a wenesday and it was very packed and they werent very productive. I had to return Thursday because my nails were messed up. 2/10 wouldnt recommend.
