My phone number was used without permission or notice to send me multiple texts and have staff call me out of the blue...their confirmation process was invasive and when I requested that I receive no more texts or calls, after confirming my appointment, the manager called me and was extremely rude. Not recommended for new local, new customers who call to make appointments in advance.
I drive from Long Beach WA to see Rachel and Aaron. I have been coming for almost a year now. They are the best nails salon along the coast. I moved to LB a year ago and had hard time finding a sanitary and quality salon. They do a better job than my previous salon of 10 years. They are prompt with your appointment time. They sanitize and have always sanitized their tools their tools and pedicure bowls. They do a fantastic quality job and worth the drive.
Rachel and Aaron are simply the best! They work so hard and have the fairest prices and really care about their customers and the community. I've been going to them for a year now and never once have I had a bad experience, they are always happy and willing to help me and give suggestions when I need them. I will be a forever customer!
My wife has issues caused by a brain tumor removal several years ago. Her left hand "claws" and doesn't function. Most of the local nail establishments told us they were not equipped to work with that. I made her an appointment at Queen House actually wondering if we were going to get the same treatment. We didn't. I explained to the gentleman what we had been dealing with. He set out to see what they could do, placed an orange in my wife's hand to keep her fingers extended, and she got a beautiful mani/pedi. We've been back several times. We will always frequent a business who says "let's see how we can make this work" rather than "we can't do that". If you make my wife happy...you have a steady customer.
