Queen Bees is an actual scam. I went to get my acrylics taken off and she charged me $25. Twenty five dollars just to remove acrylics is SO RIDICULOUS. The nail tech literally ripped them off and it hurt like hell. Do not recommend coming here.
I am very unhappy with the service that i was given. while she was doing my nails she was cutting the fake nail part off and it was flying on to me, also didn't come out the result I wanted and already are chipping and lifting on the second day. I will not be going back, I don't recommend
Not very good or friendly. Been there twice and both times nails were chipped within two days. Went back to get them fixed and was met with resistance. The nail tech only offered to file my nail. Won't be back.
Thought I'd give this place a second chance. Definitely regretting it AGAIN! This time she kept hurting me and for some reason kept filing and grinding my nails done, they feel so brittle and thin. I kept asking her to stop and she kept going saying they needed to be filed down for my French tip. Now my nails literally hurt and are breaking as they grow. Definitely don't go to Kim if you still plan on going here.
I had an amazing pedicure with Hanna. She did a wonderful job, was very thorough and took her time. The staff was polite and the salon was clean and tidy!
