I provided Quee with some basic details on what I wanted and she did the rest, asking for feedback along the way. I enjoyed our conversation during my visit (in Vietnamese, so I can't vouch for English proficiency). My haircut was complete in about 15-20 minutes. $14 not including tip (I had to insist on her taking a tip).
