Horrible quality and bumpy and chipped within a couple hours. Ended up having to take the gel off the next day and had to have them take gel off while we were still there.
I went in as a walk-in and waited about 20 minutes. The technician that did my pedicure did a wonderful and thorough job. I opted for the "supreme" pedi, and my legs are still tingling (in a pleasant way) from the treatment mask. My feet and legs feel wonderful, and my toes are sandal-ready!
This was my first time coming to this salon, and will definitely be the last! I called in advance at 11:40am and asked if walk ins were welcome, I was told " yes, with walk ins it's first come first serve." After walking in I was told we ( my sister and I) wouldn't be fit in until 4:00pm. After re arranging my schedule and arriving at 4:00pm. I was helped very quickly, I had shown an inspiration picture for my manicure, my artist helped me choose the colors. When I was asked my length I said that I wanted the same length as the photo, in which I received nails much longer. The overall level of skill with designs is very poor or my artist must had been in a rush. The overall customer service is just as poor my sisters artist was way more focused on his phone pro-longing my sisters time. I would definitely not recommend.
Return for another round of excellency. I have a ball from the time I walk through the door. My nails were so gorgeous I didn't even realize it had been three weeks since I had them done and Alex did not disappoint different style but still absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait for our next set in two weeks.
Make an appointment or you will be turned away. Even though it's says walk ins welcome. Better yet walk a block to your left and Merveilleux nail and spa its much more spacious and accommodating.
