The times I have been in there they usually aren't busy so no wait. The 2 gentleman that does the nails are very quite but the lady that runs the place , I assume, well she is so so loud and it's like she is constantly talking and once's it was like she was chewing out one of the guys. But if she wouldn't talk so much and be so loud it would be a great place . Someone needs to let her know how loud she is and how annoying it can be while you are trying to enjoy a foot rub or soaking.
Stay away from this place. The service and customer service is absolutely disgusting. I went in to get the $20 full set special and it was so rushed and sloppy and since I was getting the "special" she did things as cheap and quick as possible. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and asked me to pay for my nails before she was even done with my nails. I've never been asked to pay for my nails before the nail tech was done. I found this very odd because other people weren't asked to do the same. The acrylic quality isn't durable and if I were you I would go somewhere else.
Very rude manager she was yelling at me because I told her she rushed my nails. She jerked my hand every where and scratched my arm.
I've really had a hard time deciding about submitting this review. On the one hand the staff here was nice. Unfortunately the quality was just so not there. My nails are cut way too short, the massage was short and meh, and to top it off the polish job is sub par. Again, the staff was super nice.
Twice my wife has tried to go here on Sunday afternoon. Twice they have been closed even though business hours state they are open until 5. Don't waste your time.
