My Mother and sister and I arrived 5 minutes early for our appointments to celebrate my moms birthday and waited 45 minutes till we even got started! my water was cold, my sisters was boiling, and there were no liners for the pedicure bowls. Not my idea of sanitary. The salt massage hurt like the dickens. She poked the heck out of my toes, and scrubbed the hell out of the soft part of my foot! ouch. Not impressed.
It was the Thursday before Easter Sunday and I could not get in anywhere and had a broken painful mail from a previous salon and this one took me in right away! Not only that they were amazing to say the least. This is MY salon from now on!
I really wish I lived close to this amazing place. It's clean and pretty inside. This place has a very relaxing atmosphere. And, the service is the best service I've ever had at a nail salon. Every employee is sooooooo nice! The nicest staff ever! I highly recommend this gem! Too bad I live in another state!
Horrible experience with fake 'appointments'. I have been coming to this salon for over a year - every 2 weeks. I've tried to come several times on Saturday mornings, but was told they were open for appointments only and I needed to come back later in the day. After a couple of Saturdays, I just started coming later as a walk-in. I called on Thursday, asking for a Saturday morning appointment. I asked for the earliest available and was confirmed for 11am. My daughter and I come at 11am only to be told they don't accept appointments and it's first come, first served. After I was seated, I see one of the workers just hamming it up with a couple and actually pulls out an appointment book and writes them in for 2 weeks from today!!! When I paid, I asked how I could get scheduled for every two weeks. Guess what?!?! They don't take appointments!!! Needless to say, it'll be my LAST time visiting this business!!!
Walk-in, no appointment, and served right away. Space is small with every booth filled with manicures. TV playing with loud news broadcast. Employee children in back of shop. No drinks offered. Massage chairs are very nice and strong! I always get gel for my pedicures because they last so much longer. I was told 3 times that it would be $10 extra - I am aware and very okay with it - the longevity of the polish is worth it. Well - this didn't even stay on 4 days! Three of the toes have already peeled completely off.
