Q Salon & Spa in Anoka, MN

If I could give zero stars.. I would. I came in to take my acrylics off and I saw on the website that it is $15. I did a walk in and didn't even wait for 5 mins in the waiting area so I thought I would have a good experience... I was so wrong. The guy who took my acrylics off put acetone in a bowl and told me to put my nails in the bowl. He walked away and after 5 mins he came back and started taking my acrylics off and also started clipping off my cuticles. I saw my cuticles floating in the acetone bowl and the next thing he does... He puts the acetone that had my cuticles in BACK IN the acetone bottle... LIKE WTF!! That's so disgusting. Now I wonder if I was giving reused acetone. He finishes my service and next thing you know.. BOOM!! He charges me $40, just for my acrylics to come off and to clip my cuticles and shape my natural nails. When I went to the cashier I did ask why it is $40 instead of the price on their website, they said they have been trying to update the prices on their website but they couldn't. Like i'm sorry but how is that my fault? They didn't want to reduce the price so I just paid the $40 instead of going back and forth with them. On top of that, they said I called before I came and said I agreed with the price... I never once called the place, I just did a walk in. I wanted to like this place since it's looks so nice inside. But what really matters is the service and the cleanliness in the place and I was so disappointed. I will never go back.

Brought my 15 year old daughter for a pedicure. they did a horrible job. polish all over her toes, sloppy. Asked to fix, the gal made it worse, only tried fixing one foot. When we went to leave, she said "I still need to do top coat". we left. just horrible pedicure. when I called later to ask for refund, they refused. I will never come back.

I have been to this Salon a few times to get my nails done. My thoughts were meh, until Judy did my nails. They were done so well, it was the first time I didn't have to go back within two weeks for a fill. She was sweet, funny and extreme good at making them look real. My husband couldn't stop mentioning how well of a job she did. I am back today and excited to see what she does next! Make an appointment with Judy and you won't be disappointed.

I booked an appointment for 1:00pm, showed up about 10 minutes early. Greeted right as I walked in, super friendly staff! Didn't have to wait long at all! My nail artist was Lynh, I don't talk much when I go get my nails done but, she was so sweet! Did an amazing job! She was very gentle with my nails/ hands. I would definitely recommend this place! Especially Lynh!

I must say I was extremely disappointed with the Andover facility. I had an appointment for myself my daughter and my 16-year-old granddaughter. We all felt extremely uncomfortable and that staff was very rude with us. After leaving the facility I checked the service fees online and compared to what I was charged I feel I was overcharged for the services that we received. Will not return to this facility.
