Not loyal. I've been spending money with them for 15 years. I got my nails done and the next day they started to fall off. They would not fix them saying I would have to pay. Nobody nails falls off the next day if done properly. They treated me like trash. I will be looking for a new nail salon.
HORRIBLE. They literally put a HOLE in my index finger (pictured) and completely chipped in less than a day!!! Also charged me more than the listed price. Biggest waste of money in my life. Strongly suggest no one go here.
Trash. I remember why I stopped coming here. The employees are rude and the work is shoddy. In less than 24 hours, my OPI gel polish is chipped. When I returned to the shop, they dismissed me saying they didn't see what I was talking about. While I was getting my nails done, when I expressed to the tech that I didn't like my one glitter nail, her response was, "it's too late now"....avoid this place.
