A whole lot of Regular and gel colors to choose from

Friendly people / excellent customer service
Not really sure if they use disposable pumice stones or just disinfect after each client.
Short sugar scrub
Short hot stone massage
Stained towels for Hot towels
They use pumice stone and the foot file "Cheese grater" for feet (not a fan)
Im not sure but I didn't see Chairs being disinfected or at least wiped down after each client
"Massage" was more of a rub down and not massage

Well, i an excellent experience with my nails, they turned out fabulous. They are just how I wanted and no pain was experienced. my mom on the other hand had a terrible experience. She had a different nail tech then I had and it was like nothing she wanted. We showed both of our nail techs the same picture because we wanted to twin but the nail tech that did her nails did an awful job. She had so many complaints about her nail tech and she said she does not want the same person that she just experience. I do not know her name, but I do know that she did an awful job on my mom's nails. But the guy that did mine did spectacular. I love how they turned out my mom on the other hand hates hers. She was unsatisfied and her nail tech was very rude.

Everyone was very friendly, but my nails and toe nails are horrible. I think the girl that worked on me was new and I'm sure that's the problem. I don't mind someone learning in the shop, but I don't want to pay full price when my nails are already chipping and breaking 2 days later. I don't even have dip on the ends of my fingernails. They are also scratched up bad after 2 days. Guess I'll keep looking for the right nail salon for me.

So my complaint about this location is I requested the nail tech to wear gloves . She went to put on gloves and the manager told her to take them off . So let me say this I have went other places and they have used gloves . He approached me and said if I prefer gloves maybe I go to the other places in so many words . McAlester is very small and I am here for work so I will
Never come back to this nail salon and would not recommend it due to the attitude and response . I will take my money elsewhere . The place smelled like crap in the bathroom anyway . Please do better . Wearing clothes does not interfere With doing a manicure . I do not recommend .
