Terrible experience. My daughter, of mixed race, went in for pixie cut ... similar to pictures on their site. The stylist told my daughter that if she wanted a "man cut", she'd need to go to a barber. Totally insulting. My daughter wouldn't set foot in a barber shop to sit with a bunch of men. Just because she's a big girl doesn't mean they can insult her and insinuate that she's gay .... which she is not.
If you like getting your hair done in between texting and phone calls as well as being charged a different price for the same service then this is the place for you! Tried to contact them 3 times for an explanation as to why there were 3 different charges on my cc statement and have not received a response to this day. Would never go back!
I went here last week to get my natural hair straightened. Left very unhappy! I didn't say anything but I will never go back! My hair is all uneven, she cut too much off and didn't know how to do a real trim! I feel stupid going there! Please whatever you do don't! This salon is horrible!
I'm from out of town for training and wanted to get a cut for my graduation next week. After thorough research, I found this shop...4 out of 5 star rating. So I got a haircut on my first visit. Result: unsatisfactory. I didn't get the haircut requested, bangs were cut way too short and uneven. To make matters worse, I was botched (missing patch) behind my ears...discovered once I got home in proper lighting. I am not happy at all. Thank God my hair grows. Heading to a barber to correct this Tomfoolery.
I always receive excellent customer service when I come here! Everyone is so friendly and my hair always looks amazing! I come here every few months for maintenance. Their prices are reasonable and they're now at a very convenient location. Go get Pynk'd today!!!
