Pure Eden Salon & Spa in Marshall, MI

Haircut was good, but stylist did not wear a mask - which was ok as I assumed she was vaccinated and I wore one some of the time. When I was nearly done, while we were talking about the pandemic in general, I mentioned that I had assumed she was vaccinated. She said she was not and mumbled something about a medical condition. I was appalled that she had worked on me within inches of my nose and mouth for almost an hour without a mask, while knowing she was unvaccinated! I wrote them a letter about it, and perhaps they have changed their policies, but I will not return there. I think it shows a disregard for their clients! Check before you make an appointment that your stylist will be either masked or vaccinated!! I am 73 years old and can't risk getting COVID!!

This is hands down THE BEST full service salon. Upon entering you smile at the eloquence of the decor, and breath in the subtle scents of the Aveda products. The stylists are courteous, professional, experienced and fun! They offer hair, nail, massage therapy and other spa services. I have been coming to Pure Eden for 7 years and have never had a bad experience, ever! My stylist is Kerri, she know her craft and is awesome! The other ladies are top notch as well and the environment is relaxed and fun! I would highly recommend Pure Eden Salon and Spa from my own experience, try it and you'll see why!

I wouldn't have services done anywhere else! Alice, the massage therapist is too notch, all of the nail technicians are excellent, as well as the hair stylists. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and professional. I am always offered something to drink and a scalp and hand massage. Who could refuse that?

After seeing all the reviews I had to check out. So glad they had room for me to make an appointment. Tory did my nails and she did a great job. I love the atmosphere, not your usual nail salon. I love that Very English!!

I went in for a botanical treatment, and Lauren W. didn't fully dry my head of hair before flat ironing it, even after I said something about it. She told me my hair was to thick to do it that way. My hair was getting stuck in her flat iron also. She put laters in my hair which I didn't previously have or want. I left with my hair in worse condition than I went in with. I felt my appointment was rushed, since I had been called and asked if they could push it later so they had time for what I originally scheduled it for. I also was recommended a product for blow drying and flat ironing, which I later was told and confirmed by Aveda.com that didn't even have a heat protectant In it. Worst hair appointment experience I've ever had.
