Another perfect color and cut. These ladies have exceptional skill and take their time to get your hair perfect, if you want quality make an appointment and make the time to get your beauty on! Sorry forgot to take a picture this time.

I booked an apartment  for 175. Color and cut. Was charged 225. The salon owners where 30 minutes late for my appointment. Salon it self was very dirty  and had a bad smell to it. I left very unhappy with my cut and color. My cut is awful choppy color is not good at all as well. I should of just walked out.

Beth and Sara were friendly and patient.  I felt like I had wandered into the hair salon in Sweet Magnolias.  I have naturally very curly hair which is notoriously challenging to style, especially first time for a new hair stylist.  They colored my grays and patiently smoothed out my hair into pretty long curls.  I got several compliments at work today and even a few "Wows!".  I enjoyed talking with them and look forward to the next visit.  Laura

AMAZING!!!! Best hair salon in Charleston as a whole .I've been going to pro stylers for over 2 years now and I love the service every time. They have a very nice and clean setting / layout and I love the fact they are a family owned business also they always make me feel comfortable and they are very welcoming.

Here's my journey of them being late on almost every single occasion (but not what sent me over the edge to write this review): 
1. Got our hair done for my grandmother's funeral. They were late for that, leaving my already heartbroken mother stressed in tears. This was supposed to be a pick-me up for the hard day ahead. 
2. Got told to come in for a quote for extension, cut, and color consultation. They actually CLOSED early even after telling me to come in, so I drove all the way there for nothing.
3. Came back the next day after calling and literally waited for the stylist to get done from shopping at Sam's for my consultation. I waited a good 25-30 minutes just for her to get back on my already scheduled consultation. PS: there was only one other person in the salon. 
4. Late today 2/18/23. My appointment was at 11:30. The owner did call and say she was running 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes, she showed up. 

I believe in giving a business multiple chances, and I can't deny they do great hair. I loved my hair once they were done with it. My hair was already bleached from a previous cut. Easy peasy. Sarah proceeds to take so many breaks from doing my hair. Stylists need to eat, right? of course, but she arrived at 12pm, did my hair for 20 mins applying color, and then took her lunch without so much as a word. She tells me that my hair color can be washed out in 10 minutes, so I'm not expecting for her to be gone 25 minutes at Panera bread without giving me a heads up. This should be a clue to how the rest of the 8 breaks went. If she would have time managed properly, My hair would have only taken 3 hours at the MAX. She was even telling me how good my hair was at taking color. After her cigarette breaks, she does not wash her hands so you'll be putting up with the stench. 

I already had my quote from the consultation I did. As I go up to pay, the owner is re-doing my quote as I go to pay. I had saved up for like the last month for the original quote she gave. She first tries to upsell me $100-200 (somewhere in there) worth of stuff. Sarah corrected her, and she settled on upchanging me $50 (acting like she's giving me a deal). I asked her why, and she told me that I've spent a long time in the chair..... YES, I've absolutely spent a long time in that chair patiently waiting without so much as a complaint for SIX HOURS and fifteen minutes. That's honestly an embarrassment to try and give that excuse like someone has been slaving over my head instead of saying sorry for taking so long. My hair was already bleached from a previous dye. No foils. All over color for very thin and fine hair. No one went to the donation center and hand placed each hair in the extensions. The literal QUICKEST part of the entire thing was Sarah tying the extensions in. Sarah even said herself that doing the extension for my hair will be quick and easy due to the fact that I'm only getting them on the sides of my head (on top of that, the extensions were folded in half to create a fuller look which made them even quicker to put in- They're literally 3 inches long on each side of my head). So what in the world took so long? Maybe the 8 breaks in between each little thing really prolonged everything.
This woman tried to argue with me IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS and then settled with the original price, but I was already so extremely uncomfortable.
She also tried to upcharge me for longer extensions. WHAT??? NO ONE CONSULTED ME ON THAT. I'm not paying attention to the length of extensions you are putting in since I'm just trying to volumize my thin hair. No one even mentioned to me that the length was different. The words "twenty inches" were never spoken until she tried to scam me out of more money. You already gave me a quote. The ONLY thing I was thinking at 5.5 hours (when she finally got to start tying in the extensions) was when I could finally get out of there. "She had to color those extensions". Yes, she did, which should have been done while my hair was being colored. She spent almost the same amount of time in their back office as she did doing my hair. I was going to go back. I put up with the long hours and the unprofessional time management because I love the hair. But trying to upcharge me after MY day is now wasted while I was being polite without a complaint? WHAT? That was wrong on THEIR part. You don't do that to customers. Before this debacle, I had 100% still planned on going back each time for future appointments until the money-slap-in-the-face portion with the owner. Sarah and her mother would have had my business for years, but the damage had finally been done with my last five minutes there. 
While I think they do great work on hair- it's not worth the customer service. I'm actually very upset because I was happy with how my hair turned out, and now I'll have to find a new stylist. I do not know how they are keeping a business afloat with this sort of behavior other than upcharging others who won't speak up.
