Love the downtown location more but this worked in a hurry. The downtown location does your nails and toes at the same time. This location only provides one service.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could . Myself and 5 other people went here and our experience was beyond terrible. We went 2 days ago and all of our nails are already lifting , gel polish is chipped , and one of the girl's toe is infected due to being cut. We had to beg the nail tech's to fix things on our nails that were clearly not "normal." The customer service was decent . The tech's were respectful ,, but the service was terrible .

I usually never have a problem at this nail salon but the last two times I've gone I've had an issue. The people doing the pedicure don't ask if you want your toe nails a certain way they just start cutting and filing your nails away. I asked the gentleman not to cut my toenails just file them bc they already have a great shape, that man filed my entire nails down to stubs and of course it's too late to say something about it bc the nail is already gone. Now i have to wait for my nails to grow back the way i like them, i don't think I'll be returning, $60 for them to not even listen to what you've asked for. Ask questions before chopping someone's nails off would be a great solution by the way
