Pro Nails in Princeton, WV

Called phone number to see if appointment needed and someone answered with deep voice possibly a man not sure by just saying "hello " couple of times had to ask if I was call Pro Nails very unprofessional response saying "Yeah this is Pro Nails "

Very rude !! The young man was very disrespectful and when asked long  of a wait just shrugged and said he didnt know ..when explained that we didnt have a lot of time he just blew us off like..he didnt need the business..everyone deserves to be treated with respect

There were only 2 people working. I waited almost an hour to have my nails done. I have been here before and understood that they are usually busy. The older gentleman told me that I would be seen soon and pointed me out to the other nail technician. The technician looked at me and nodded his head. After he (the nail tech) was done he came over to the waiting area. He tells the woman who came in after me that she is next and takes her back to his work station. I got up to leave and I hear the older man telling the younger that he has the wrong woman. The younger man yells after me that he was sorry, he didn't know. I told them to never mind, keep the client he took. My family and I are known as generous tippers. Price is also of no concern. My money is green. I will spend it at another nail salon where I will not be so poorly treated.

Joann, Jack, and Lou have given nothing short of superior service to me over the past 6 years. Pronails has become my "me time" away from the often hectic work and parenting schedules of real life. When I walk in the door I am always made to feel welcome and cared for. What an amazing gift this business is to our community!  Even on their busiest days, they treat all customers with respect, always making sure you know when you arrive about how long the wait will be. I highly recommend you give ProNails a try...you won't be disappointed!!!

Very disappointed today. They had done okay jobs in the past (4 or 5 times). Today FIVE of my gel polished nails were not dry obviously and looked terrible after I got home. One didn't even look the same color. I went back a second time and the lady said I would have to wait another 30 minutes to have them corrected because she and the other person were busy with customers. What about me? It would have taken one coat and drying time and one clear coat and drying time on five nails and they could still attend to their other customers. They guy who messed them up had time to stop and get his customers wine while attending to them.  
Last time I went, another man hurt my cuticles MANY times. I didn't complain.  I just jumped. I had heard another customer leave and tell the lady that he was purposely rough. The lady finally got to my nails and fixed them after she lectured me because I APOLOGIZED.  So incredibly dissatisfied.
