Pro Nails & Spa in Tulsa, OK

I told them i wanted acrylic toes and they told me you don't need them, your toes are already long , and they're not why else would i ask for acrylic toes, and then she gave me a rushed foot massage, that only lasted 30 seconds. It was just close to my house, and i got off straight from work to come, it could have been a better experience maybe it was the nail tech, towards the end she was being rough with my feet like aggressively. I don't really recommend coming here if you do I'd ask for the best nail tech, that way they don't rush through everything.

Came here after a good friend suggested I try them out...Got a very impressive visit in and then unfortunately COVID smacked us in the face and I didn't return. About a month ago I went to a local nail salon (not mentioning the name purposefully...keeping it respectful)  Needless to say I was not happy. I was nipped numerous times during my pedicure and left with my nails looking halfway decent. My darling husband said I needed...had to lol...go back to Pro Nails. I am sooo happy I went back!! The service is worth every penny...immaculate all around!! With a complimentary glass of wine or water to fulfill my already established comfortable setting...why not....whilst I enjoy the relaxing hot stones included in my leg and foot massage

I am from out of town and came from the airport to get my nails done before filming a class in Ada. I left my wedding ring and watch there and didn't realize it till I was 2 hours  away. my husband called the next day and they saved my possessions till I could get back there and were so kind.
Soo grateful for their integrity!

The rudest and most terrible experience ever.
Need 1 nail text when I picked out the color and then I told him it didn't match he said oh well and he just kept doing my nails and I kept saying it doesn't match it doesn't match he didn't care they talked in their native language and kept looking around at other customers talking about them and laughing at people total disrespect

I'm not usually a complainer who leaves one star reviews, but seriously don't waste your time here. I got a full set (which I regularly get) and while they did give me the pink almond nails I wanted, the acrylic and gel polish was applied extremely sloppy and ugly. The nails weren't even glued on all the way and easily came off a week later (my full sets usually don't budge until 2 weeks later and then I get a fill). I did get my eyebrows waxed and while they turned out okay, several stray hairs were left and they left half the wax on my face. The place was beautiful and the staff was very nice, but the rushed nails and lazy attention to detail were just not worth the bucks. Worst full set I've ever gotten, I will not return.
