Pro Nails & Spa in El Dorado, AR

Black people are not wanted at this establishment! I listened to two middle aged (male and female) nail techs gossip with two older white females about how horrible black people are when they come in the nailshop. The female tech said she doesn't like to service them at all. And the guy had a lot to chime in as well. They were not even busy, they only had the two white females who had appointments and turned away two young black girls who walked in saying they were busy come back later and smirked about it. My nails looked horrible and embarrassing and I had to get out of there before I completely lost my cool. A black lady came in and after sitting for a few minutes said she would be right back. All four of them looked at each other and laughed. So, when they lady returned I complemented he hair, my way of letting them know I was well aware of their conversation. I have this all recorded and am contemplating on my next steps of action! The female vietnamese female working here is a terrible person. She is unapologetically rude, uncaring, and blatantly RACIST!! I do not understand how you can take black peoples money and talk so negative about them. I honestly believe they do a horrible job, so that you don't go back. DEAR BLACK PEOPLE...PLEASE SUPPORT ANOTHER NAIL SHOP! You are not wanted or valued here!

These people are kind and professional. We bring my 5 year old niece in here and they have a kids chair for her. Shes pretty much famous in here. We come here anfew times a year, usually just for pedicures. We come in as a group of three or four and dont have to wait more than 10 minutes before we are all sat. Soothing music, not too crowded, everyone is pretty chill. Heres a pic of my tootsies like two weeks later. Not bad for $35 yall.

I have been here several times, but in the past two weeks I've had to get them constantly fixed for various reasons. The last time I was there for two hours to still walk away upset with messed up nails. The techs are horrible.

Pro nails did good work (gel nails and pedicure), however, the customer service was lacking.  The young foreign girl who did my nails what not the least bit friendly.  I asked if they did massages and she said "you go to city you live in and get massage."  Then, when checking out she couldn't get the credit card machine to work.  She ran my card two times, once as credit and then as debit, and told me if it charged twice to just come back and she would give a refund.  First of all, I live 8 hours away.  Second, you do not tell customers this!  You fix it immediately.  She obviously didn't know what she was doing and acted like she didn't care.
