Brian did a great job! I got a dip manicure; I love the color and the execution was great. He was efficient and accommodating, as my friend and I showed up a little late. Brian was funny and personable, and the place was really clean. I paid $42 for a great mani, I would definitely come back again!

I could not disagree with prior reviews more.  I just had an appointment (with my mom) at this place due to the reviews and was sorely disappointed.  Service was terrible, I was overcharged, I will not be going back.

Made an appointment the day before thanksgiving to get mani pedi combo. Arrived for the appointment at 9am in case there was a crowd, but there were just two other people other than me and mom.  The pedicure was rushed despite the fact that there were only two other customers in the store. My calluses were ignored, toes were not properly cleaned, toenails not even clipped. I wanted to sign up for a luxurious pedi but it was not offered. And guess what? I was charged $40 for a basic pedi that didn't even clean my toenails! And why do they keep seating people in the same two pedi chairs despite the fact that there are 8 there?

I specifically booked a manicure with dipping powder polish. They went straight to dipping powder, no manicure, my nails were shaped but that was it. Cuticles weren't clipped, there is some stray dipping powder on my fingers, and several hangnails that are so obvious I'm actually embarrassed and will have to address those myself so they don't start to hurt. And I was charged $45! For just dip!

Altogether I was charged $170 for the two of us for something that should have cost no more than $100. I did not tip and will not be returning.

I could understand if they were busy - not the case! I could understand if I had not made an appointment specifically asking for these services - not the case! After the pedicure was over the two workers immediately pulled out there phones and sat around. Absolutely no reason to rush or neglect service. Entire visit lasted less than an hour and half. I have never had a mani pedi combo that was that fast, and I've lived in Washington DC!  And I wanted an upgrade!

I really went there expecting great service, I could not have been more disappointed. Perhaps the store changed management since the last reviews, but I recommend anyone against going here.

I took my niece here to get our nails done, it was her first experience getting a manicure. I was very disappointed with the older gentleman who did our nails. He was rude and made her feel bad.

And unfortunately...

One day later my manicure chipped and a whole finger's polish popped off on day two!  I got a regular manicure so I didn't expect it to last very long but certainly longer than one day!

Clean spa with friendly staff. Got a nice pedicure for a reason me price. They were out of preaching so no deluxe pedis.

Pro nail spa is the best!!! I drive 30 mins from Atchison, KS to St. Jo and this is the only nail salon I would ever go to. The people who work here are super nice and friendly and they do a great job!!!
