Never again will I be going here I came on January 19th it took these nails only two days to mess up first he didn't even make them look good they are literally hovering above the skin the paint comes off like regular nail polish and my skin came off with the nail I dont not recommend this place and its probably because I'm young they think ii know nothing about nails but I do and I will not be coming here again and they have bugs and he is very rough i didn't experience the lady but my friend did and the lady left my friend for about 30 minutes and the man yelled at me and said its my fault they were taking so long to dry because I didn't pay for gel plus he rushed my grandma with her card and told her she needs too hurry up because the card wasnr working
I love my nails. Evidently no one lives where they charge over $100 for their service and you have no choices of nail art. My service was great
I will never go back to this place ever again. Poor service, cheap chairs, HORRIBLE QUALITY. Kim wanted me to pay more to fix something they messed up. smh They argue with you if they don't think what you want is nice enough. Over priced for bad service and work. STAY FAR AWAY. You've been warned.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. They are unprofessional, POOR customer service and most of them are unable to communicate with the customer. They still use the razor in this shop. The technician giving me a pedicure cut me and left a deep gash on the back of my heel. The shop has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. I am taking additional steps to get a response. I will NEVER go back here. There are definitely other options for better service.
I would not suggest this place to anyone. Horrible service, unprofessional, they lie about the time it will take for you to get service only to have you waiting for hours. They lady that does the brows thinks she black, or talk like she's black. Talking about big booties. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.
