PRO Happy Nails in Everett, PA

I have been a long time customer of this place but they changed ownership without telling their regular customers so, I am almost grandfathered into this new owner. They seem to have a high turnover. (Whoever has done a good job with my nails, I stick with that person whenever I book for the next one. I am about loyalty.) They hardly speak any English and the owner is rude. Since the lady that I like doing my nails left, they had another person designated to help me for that visit. I have never seen her before and she seemed unsure of what to do with my nails. So, I was pointing out to her what she has missed. She then, said something to the owner in their language and the owner began yelling (she was by the entrance and I was towards the back) at me to relax and let the girl do my nails and that I am always hard. I didn't know what that meant so I asked her. She couldn't explain herself. She kept talking and I just couldn't believe that she was arguing with me, her customer. After finishing with her own customer, she took over the girl's seat and finished my nails. I will never recommend this place because the owner is always hostile. You can never communicate with any of them because they all speak their language. I would like to go to a place where I know I can be taken care of properly. I would like to go to a place where it is peaceful to relax. Clearly, Pro Happy Nails is not the place to be happy and not really professionals.

I went here to get my homecoming acrylics. The lady was very nice, but did a poor job. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my ring fingers, and she painted the letter J wrong on my left hand. She mirrored what I had showed her, without any regard that I told her it was a letter J. I had left before I even realized, so I went back to get it fixed. Her daughter had to explain that she was wrong, and she fixed the nail. The acrylic is far from my cuticle and is lumpy, and uneven.

My daughter & I had appointments for pedicures.It was very relaxing, love the massage chairs. We each had the #3 massage & scrub. Definitely worth the price.

I am writing to recommend the services of Pro Happy Nails. The knowledge and attention to detail have aided in keeping the company on track during the recent Covid-19 pandemic and through a major restructure. I feel confident in recommending Pro Happy Nails services. They are not only thorough but also easy to work with and always willing to take the time to discuss my concerns and respond to questions.

I love their pedicures, but I hate the way my hails were done. Just don't like the vibe. I waited 2 hours one day just to get my nails done and he made me bleed and kept watching tv and not paying attention to my nails! I paid I believe $47 for something I went to Beauty Nails and spa and paid $37 for better nails. Will probably only go back for a pedicure! My nails also fell off so fast!
