The front desk woman was extremely rude! She said the stylist I was asking for is booked out for the next year and that all of the stylists might be booked out too, which is fine. But then she said she'd call me back once she asked around to see who could "squeeze me in" in the rudest voice ever!! Do not recommend. Horrible, horrible customer service and totally obnoxious

I have been going to Sayoko for probably close to 20 years. Even when I lived out of state, I flew back for appointments with her. Nobody does it like she does! Amazing at color and stays current with the latest trends. I just sit back and let her do whatever she wants because I trust her completely! You're the BEST Sayoko !

Thank goodness for this salon. I had visited another stylist closer to Sedona, which has a terrible lack of good colorists for some reason, who ruined my hair and turned it a brassy horrible gold color. Dori came highly recommended and was well worth the 5-hour round trip drive for me. Dori spent 3 hours, yes, I was in the chair for 3 hours, color correcting my hair with attention to detail that bordered on OCD perfection, lol. The results are stunning. She brought my hair from a hideous brassy to a beautiful icy blonde, just as I requested. This woman has been doing hair for 30 years and she knows her stuff. Thank you again Dori.
