Pretty Nails in Lake Charles, LA

I would recommend you never ever use this business. Me and my son and daughter went in for a family day. Me and my son had a regular pedicure done and then Me and my daughter had our nails done. I fell down stairs a few days Pryor so the top of my foot and pinky toe was very bruised. I asked them to not massage or really do any thing other than paint my toe nails. The man didn't understand a word I was saying and was smiling while bring very ruff with my foot. And when I tell u my foot is bruised from the tip of my pinky toe to the middle of my foot he could Definitely see it. Then after the pedicure a different woman was going to do our nails. I specifically showed a picture of what I want and she (in english) agreed that she had the supplies and was confident she could do it just like the picture. Well, after she did the acrylic powder she informs me that she not only don't have the foil I want but also don't have the rhinestones I want. I asked for my toes and nails to match. They are 2 completely different colors of pink. There was so may lumps and dips it was unreal. I tried to speak to the manager but they literally got upset and started to get loud so I told them because the fact I have my children watching me I'm going to pay for it and leave. They charged me 250 dollers and I still had to leave there and go have another salon fix them. Save your self don't go here

I was highly disappointed! Asked the man if they had chrome, they said yes. They were advertising a manicure/ped for $45.00, this is what I wanted. First he tried to paint my nails white and add mother of pearl polish....this is not how chrome color is done. Then he said 55.00 more... I'm like ok. By this time I had already invested 2hrs of time.. he tried to do chrome,  It looked ok when I left, 2 days later it started peeling off. Went back and asked for my $ back, he said " We don't give $ back", we fix it! He said why you not let us fix? Seriously yall, I didn't want them touching my nails! After sitting there 3hrs and they still got it wrong,  NAH...I m done!

Worst manicure I've ever gotten! nails came out looking clumpy and crooked. I had to ask the lady to redo them bc she did not give me what I asked for the first time.

We went there because my cousin recommended it. I will NEVER go back. It was literally the worst experience ever. I was completely shocked to find out that they were using a drill on my toe nails. Not only once, but twice. I have multiple cuts on my toes and my toe nails are PAPER thin, now. I even asked that he stop, and he didn't. I was in total shock. I got the "deluxe" pedicure. Which was $7 more than the regular pedicure. It was super cheap, so I wasn't complaining. Come to find out, the extra $7 was for a hot towel. While he was removing dead skin from the bottom of my feet, he kept tapping the instrument IN THE TRASH CAN, and back to my feet. As a cosmetologist myself, I know how outrageously illegal and unsanitary this was. Again.. I was in total shock. I have never before left a review, anywhere.
