Marlo is the best in El Paso. Her personality creates the best experience when getting your hair done. Especially when you're going to sit In a chair for a while. The environment she creates is an enjoyable experience. Her love for her work is part of why I keep coming back. Her hands work wonders. I can sit in her chair and just say go lighter and she gives me amazing results every time. I'm moving soon and we have already discussed that she will be the only reason I fly out to El Paso because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. Usually when you leave a salon after bleaching your hair it feels super dry after the first at home wash, you don't get that with her my hair always feels so healthy even after how much we bleach it. You'll make a mistake if you chose another stylist over her. Letting the pictures speak for them selves as I went a while without taking care of my hair she's amazing *last hair pic is at home in bad restroom lighting but showing how beautiful it still looks after 2 weeks*
Moving from WA to Tx after my husband retired Was making me nervous because I did not want to leave my hair girl in WA. It had taken a couple of yrs of being stationed in WA to find her & now I had to start all over. I waited a little over a yr looking at pics on social media of stylists work & decided on Marlo, I was so nervous since I have thick wavy hair & I have a lot of hair. I wanted to go back to blonde after going dark with my last stylist. She was was able to get me light again & does really good blow outs. She washes & massages your scalp & its such a relaxing experience going there.
Booked an appointment with Marlo. Gave her a $25 deposit as per her request. The deposit was going to go towards the service. She never mentioned that the deposit was non-refundable. My appointment was at 12. I arrived at 12:09 she was working on another client and proceeded to tell me she would not be doing my hair due to me arriving a bit late. Keep in mind that there is a ton of construction going on in front of her salon and I'm a new customer not familiar with the location of the salon or her policies. She never offered to skip drying my hair instead of canceling my appointment completely. I asked for my deposit back and she refused to refund me. Will not be return to her due to the horrible experience.
