Pretty Girls Nail Waxing in Fort Mill, SC

My boyfriend and I went and got mani/pedis this past Saturday. It was our first time at this location, and we were excited to relax and be pampered at a very well-reviewed nail salon. My classic pedicure was wonderful and the man that did my toes did a pretty decent job, I don't really have any complaints (hence the two stars and not one). However, my boyfriend requested a classic pedicure as well and on the service list it states a classic pedicure is 30 minutes long...my boyfriend received a 10-15 minute pedicure at the most. The woman that did his pedicure barely worked on his cuticles and only clipped the tops of his toenails...not the sides, no detailed cuticle work, and she massaged/exfoliated with the sugar scrub very briefly. I felt terrible, as I most definitely got what I paid for with my pedicure. Fast forward to my dip powder manicure. The man that did my pedicure had started on my nails, and then the woman that did my boyfriend's pedicure took over. There was no cuticle work done and the dip application was very sloppy. What looked perfect in the salon turned out to be a disaster once I got home and further inspected my manicure - dip was essentially applied over my cuticles, the cured top coat was on my skin which has created chips in the manicure only two days later, the application altogether is very bumpy and uneven on almost every nail, there is no smooth transition from cuticle to nail...it really looks like I have thick press on nails applied, and I was told my design I wanted (which was a very simple flower design) could only be done with nail decals. I had to re-clip all of my boyfriend's toenails, as well as file the overflowing top coat on all of my nails and there is still overlay of the top coat, which is why they are now chipping. We both left semi-relaxed, but very confused and disappointed as we paid almost $200 for 2 out of 3 services to be mediocre at best. Needless to say, while we enjoyed the people, we did not enjoy the quality of the services and we won't be back.

This place is a hidden jewel. I've been looking a long time for a place like this... the manicure I received exceeded my expectations.  He was thorough, friendly and professional. His work is amazing.
I also purchased the waxing service, and wow, Tracy, is great,  her attention to detail, gentleness and friendly professionalism made me feel very comfortable.  
This will be my go to place. I recommend this place 1000%
A bonus, is they are reasonably priced.

Had a great experience with a deluxe pedicure. They were friendly, checked in to make sure things were to my liking and asked if I wanted a beverage. The hot stones were great too! I only wish they had more basic nail polish to choose from. They have tons of gel!

The salon was super friendly and accommodating.   I highly recommend going and treating your self to the aroma spa pedicure. So relaxing

I've been coming here for 2 years now and I have never had a bad experience! Everyone is so nice and I always get my nails done by the same person every time which it's so nice to have consistency, and they always know me and what I want right when I walk in!
