first time and last time i will go to this salon,, is nice but the lady that was today there she spend 48 minutes with a guys hair and we where 3 people waiting for her when in some other salon the most time they take is 15 min

I have been coming here for a few years now the service is great. And Every time I go in I am greeted in a proper way and attended too in a timely matter. Everyone is nice and the quality of the services are amazing.

I've been coming here for the last 6 months. The stylists are attentive, professional and genuinely want to do a good job. The prices are reasonable, the wait times are not long and the time to get a hair cut is on par with other places where I've gotten a hair cut. For some, a good stylist is hard to find and even harder to keep, you can find a stylist that suits your needs here. If there is a language barrier, it's one that can be easily overcome.

I am from Colorado and came to visit my dad for a few days. I wanted to get a hair cut before going home. I had looong, thick, beautiful blonde hair that I work hard to grow out and maintain. My dad has gone here before and so I thought I'd give it a shot. Worst mistake in my life. They just do not listen or care. It doesn't matter that they don't speak a lick of English because I had my dad there who speaks fluent Spanish and we communicated to this lady PRECISELY what I wanted. She said she understood and could do that. She gets started but my dad had to go pick up my baby brother so I was left there alone with her for a bit. I told her at least a million times that I wanted only 1 inch cut off and she cut about 4-5 inches off. I wanted subtle blended layers and she just started hacking at my hair and didn't stop until the end and I was in tears. When my dad got back he was frazzled as well. They start you off facing away from the mirror so I couldn't catch her when she started. I have had some bad haircuts before but this is the absolute WORST hair cut I have EVER had. Absolutely terrible. I have to try to salvage my hair the best I can. My heart is broken and every inch of "beauty" I have worked towards is ruined. I don't recommend going there.

It's the worst for children haircuts. Dude had the worst attitude. My mistake was thinking they were going to be nice to my child especially since it was his first haircut and not to mention he also has a kid. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won't ever go to this place again. I still pay for my baby's hair cut even though, he didn't finish the hair cut because apparently the only thing he cares is money not customer satisfaction at all
