PNK Nails & Spa in Frederick, MD

I've been trying to find a place that has consistently good service and finally...found PNK. The inside is much nicer than the outside would suggest. Music is much better than my old place. They've got TVs playing too, which I like. Advice: Call ahead for an appointment. Bring cash for tip. I almost hate to let the secret of this place out, but want to pay it forward. Great work everytime. I recommend calling ahead of time or making an appointment- they can be busy at times and not have any openings. The work matches the price. I come here for gel pedicures and they last. I bring my mom who has dementia for Dip and they are patient with her and make sure that even if she's fidgeting she's comfortable and that she leaves with beautiful nails.

This is a shady business and all of them are overly rude I went in for a fill and to have 3 nails fixed, I showed her the design I wanted and as she's doing my nails I'm telling her their too thick and uneven she's saying no their not and as she did the design I already see It's not what I wanted and I told her it doesn't look like the picture and I'm pretty sure she was rushing because I was her last customer which is still no excuse to mess up my nails then she's not telling me how much anything is or what might be extra and I asked her the price and she's ignoring me trying to get me to give her my card to just charge me without telling the price and once she ran my card she tried to hold the Receipt she needed me to sign and cover the price with her hand saying I did my best, $65 for a mess!! And not to mention a nail popped off soon as I left ! The money is not the issue, I want what I paid for. I called in the morning asking for them to just take the nails off and give me a refund or a new set but they wanted to charge me to fix my nails and they were very nonchalant even after looking at the mess she put on my nails I had to dispute the charge with my bank and still go to another shop and pay for them to fix my nails NEVER AGAIN ! Avoid this shop and that nail tech she was at station 6 older lady with glasses TERRIBLE !

I just moved back to town and I used to go here years ago back when it was V&A. They did amazing. I got a gel fill and they were fast, but paid attention to detail, and gave me exactly the manicure I wanted. They followed the picture I showed them exactly. The salon was clean and beautifully remodeled. The manicure was also affordable and I definitely will be back!

I got my nails done for the wedding photo taken. Tammie gave me recommended to get the dipping powder with tips and coffin shaped. She also gave me some colors ideas to make them look nice and natural look. The shop is ver clean, the staff are nice and friendly and gave all the great service. Very highly recommended
