if I could give zero stars I would. went in for a pedicure. The worst!!! The guy left hangnails, didn't clean up under, and didn't even smooth my nails. when the owner cam over , she got my hangnails. and cleaned up under. she didn't smooth my nails! Worst place ever!!!
Good place for pedicures but if you want a manicure be prepared to wait almost 3 hours for them to even start. I've been here twice for a pedicure and both times I didn't receive one because they are so short staffed
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! If you want to spend all day at the nail salon for just acrylic nails then feel free to come to this place. Got here at 9:30 and got called up at 10:00. By 12:00 they still hadn't started my nails, but two people that showed up after me started and finished before I even started. You don't even get the color you ask for!!! I overheard multiple people, including myself, complain about not getting the color they asked for! Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
I love this nail salon! They do their best to get you seated and started on your nails as quickly as possible. It is very affordable and they do an amazing job. I have never had an issue with my nails and I have been going there about every three weeks for about a year. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!
Horrible service or lack thereof. I made it to the shop at 530 pm. All I needed was a polish change!! That's it!!! 3 ppl came in after me and were serviced first. When I asked why were people being serviced before me when they came in after me, the male stated something generic. 630pm and still no service!!!! I'm LIVID!!!!
