PINKY NAIL SPA in Liberty Township, OH

I'm thrilled with my nails. Each and every time. I've been going to Hannah since everything opened up after the pandemic. She has done anything from crazy acrylic & gel designs to simple get polish change. She's meticulous with her work and efficient with her time. Over the years I have broken a few nails, called in and she's fixed it same day - no problem. The staff are all very kind & the shop is very clean. Chi and Hannah are usually the design gals, but the rest of the staff does excellent work. I also love my pedicures! (But don't take pictures) I love the smells of the deluxe pedicure but thankful for a basic pedicure too. They always ask about the water and are thankful when people voice if things are too hot or not the right temperature. Again, all the pedicure materials are clean and changed between clients. Overall, I've been very pleased with my nails when I leave here. I've tried other salons around town and always feel Hannah and the staff here are better quality. Quick tip: try to bring cash, or they have an ATM with a $.99 transaction fee. If you pay with cash they don't need to charge the small credit card fees.

Will not return. Came in for a mani/pedi the day before I was scheduled to be induced. The lady who did my nails proceeded to tell me multiple times throughout my appointment that I was too old to be having a baby and babies were supposed to be had when you are young and asking me how old I was and if I had other children, etc. I should have spoken up, and honestly left. But I wanted my nails to be nice in the hospital. I was extremely offended and don't care for a strangers opinion on my pregnancy. I'm paying you to do my nails, do them and keep your opinions to yourself. This used to be my favorite nail spot, but I won't be back now. Oh, and my baby is perfect and healthy, Miss Lady!

Came here after my amazing FIRST VISIT. To a rude technician. My nails didn't even get CUT. They got filed after sns was applied. So my 2 nails (pointer and middle) had tips, so they really needed cut. She didn't cut them. I get my nails done every 2 weeks I know what to expect. This wasn't even close to what you expect!

My nail tech was nice enough but nether spoke nor understood much English. The polish was smeared around my toes, and the clear coat on my nails started peeling the next day. If you want inexpensive and don't care about rolling the dice on getting a good tech, this is your place. Since I'm not lucky at games of chance, I won't go back.

I went in for a dip mani and spa pedicure. I was a walk-in, so while I am grateful they were able to accommodate me, it went downhill from there. The person who did my pedicure I could barely hear let alone understand what they were saying. The pedicure itself was good. Then I got passed off to someone else who did the dip manicure. I specifically asked for the glazed donut nails, and even showed them a picture They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about but most people into nails know this is a current trend. One of the techs asked me if I wanted the pearl powder over pink. I specifically said no pink, I wanted the milky white. She goes back to the other tech and has her come over and she said "This the color on your picture." I know the difference between pink and white but I got tired of trying to argue it, so I went with the pink, which turned out nice, but it still wasn't what was on the picture. While I was there, one of my nails broke so I asked for an extension on it. It turned out looking like a duck bill (picture attached). When it came time to pay I took out my credit card and the lady was like, "Oh, you pay with card?" She then motioned over to the ATM machine that they have installed in their shop. I told her sorry, I'm using my credit card not debit card and she was like "Oh." Attitude totally changed. She did not even say thank you.
