Lunatic Fringe Salon Ohio in Liberty Township, OH

This place is amazing. They are super friendly and really listen to what you are looking for. Sarah did a fantastic job today with my hair. Really taking her time and making sure it was perfect. Makes me want to go out on the town tonight!

Great salon experience from beginning to end! I made an appointment online from their website for highlights. Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!

Kind of hard to rate a place fairly when they make it so difficult to do business. I called this establishment at 10:00 on a Saturday morning to schedule a haircut. Nobody answered so the call went to voicemail so I left a message with my name and number. No call back, so I tried again about an hour later. This time, a lady answered and immediately placed my on hold. After 8 minutes of being on hold, I gave up. So...the three stars has nothing to do with the quality of their services, but rather for the underwhelming customer service.

I came in with a photo and a dream of looking cool enough to pull off an edgy haircut after years of getting $7 haircuts where I would leave and immediately put my hair in a ponytail because I couldn't stand it any other way. I took a chance on Lunatic Fringe as my first salon and they completely amazed me. Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming! The environment was cool and soothing and I was immediately at ease when I stepped in the door. Sara saw the photos I brought and completely transformed me. I have never taken so many selfies after a haircut! I would give 10 stars if I could. I definitely will be going back!

It is no fault of my stylist, but a place that charges $175 and with a tip over $30 for dimensional color and cut could at least have hot water to wash your hair out. The price of the service outweighs the quality. Also, with the loud noise from the neighboring business, it would be wise of this shop to look for a better location.
