This place is totally disorganized and rude. They had me come in, wait 20 minutes then told me I would have to wait another 30 after the woman on the phone told me to come in that time. No accountability, no helpfulness, acted like it was everyone else's responsibility. I will never go here again.

They recently remodel and got new spa chair . We came in town for a wedding is a wonderful treatment before the big day.
My daughter and I went here to get our nails done and pedicures with matching Halloween designs. We asked the owner if the design was possible to get done. He assured us anyone can do it because it was a simple design. He gave my daughter a person and gave me a person. long story short attached is what we ended up with for $80 a piece. completely NOT what we wanted or WHAT we asked for. when we told the nail tech we didn't like it they replied " it's cute!" what wrong with it! after both pedicures and dip nails we ended up paying over $200! absolutely horrible looks like a 10 year old did it! I'm very disappointed that we even had to pay for this and it's gel so now I will have to pay someone else to fix them both
